1 more day left…

I did it.

I’m graduating from my Freshman year of college.

I finally finished something I started.

Albeit, I still have one day and two exams left, I’ll complete them, and I’m done.

I’ve achieved something I never thought I could achieve, and it feels great.

What’s even better, is that I’m skipping my Sophomore year and jumping straight into my Junior year.

Working hard truly does pay off.

Meet Charlie! The newest addition to our family.
We got her last week (Thursday 24th May), and she’s a little cracker. We actually bought her from the same woman that we bought Snix from, so they’re actually real sisters! How cool is that? My friend also bought a kitten from the same litter, and his name is Joey, so hopefully she’ll bring him around some time and they can all play together.

So I kind of really want to record everything that I am, on this day.

You know, really random stuff? And then a year on, on this day, I want to look back, and record the exact same stuff.

It’s going to be stupid, so don’t laugh. I just want to see how I’ve progressed, and if things have happened in that year to affect my life, then.

5 days until our opening night!

Well, morning, seeing as both of our shows are at 10am, and our third show is at night.

As excited as I am about these performances, I just want May to go away. Far, far, away.

Glee is ending (not completely, but the original cast is graduating), my first year of college is ending, we still have lots of exams to sit, it’s the two year anniversary of my friend’s death on the 6th…

All in all, May isn’t really a good month. But I’ll power through.

We’ve been working our asses off for the past few weeks to get ready for these two shows. Two. Shows. It might not seem like a lot, but when they both last an hour - with no breaks in between, - it takes a lot out of you during rehearsals, especially when you have to go over the same danceĀ again and again.

Then we were told that we’re doing a third show.

Three. Shows.

Thankfully, this show is like, 10 days after the second show, so we have a little break. Maybe. Unless our lecturer wants us in for more rehearsals.

I’m excited, but exhausted. Legit. I have the cold, I’m breaking out into stress spots and my entire body aches from the constant dancing.

Gotta love the life of a dancer!
